EBPO'S Reward Philosophy is to consider the total compensation package needed to meet the differing roles within the company whilst ensuring external competitiveness and internal relativity.
Our total compensation package is designed to reward successful performance at all levels and comprises a mixture of cash and non-cash elements, namely:
- Salary
- Benefits
- Bonus or commission
- Share or stock options
The basic salary principles are that we retain external market competitiveness and internal relativities based on skills, behaviours and performance. Participation in specific salary surveys enables regular monitoring of our market position in preparation for an annual review of base salary levels. Strong career mapping structures and a performance management system support these principles.
The recognition of individual and/or team performance in achieving agreed objectives and targets is a key platform. The bonus arrangements within EBPO aim to achieve this through an all employee performance bonus scheme.
Commission is used to reward those employees directly involved in sales.
Share options (through a variety of schemes) are recognised as an essential element of reward to ensure employees share in the success of EBPOand employees are encouraged to participate where appropriate
